MDI provides hardware design, UL Certification, and Instrumentation services. See example projects below.

MEDIA SYSTEM:
MDI designed and installed the instrumentation and networking for a new Media Buffer Hold System and Media Storage System.
MDI specified, purchased, and installed instrumentation, and communications systems between multiple media skids.  MDI also performed Loop checkout on every piece of equipment (including components not supplied by MDI). MDI was responsible for troubleshooting all components and systems, including motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and specialty communications devices.

WATER STORAGE SYSTEMS:
MDI provided programming, panel assembly, instrumentation design, start up installation, and validation services, on a new USP Water Storage System and Solution Feed System. 
MDI was responsible for specifying, purchasing, and installing all instrumentation on both systems. We also tested the control loops for both systems.  MDI was responsible for starting up all devices including pumps, motors, and other subsystems. 
Management of  subcontractors and final commissioning of the system was part of our scope as well.
